Silence of the Lambs
So, I JUST finished watching Silence of the Lambs for the first time. I’m working my way through IMDB’s top 250 rated movies. FANTASTIC MOVIE!
The ending of the film is what drove me to make a post. I’ve never felt more suspense during any movie than the scene where Clarice is clearing the basement. The music playing, the dog barking, the girl screaming, all of it is amazing, that entire moment I was on edge! Then the lights get turned off and it turns to the night vision POV and then the of information rush comes back and I remember that the killer has his NVGs and i’m thinking, up this is it, this is how she dies. A huge whole in her body from that huge six shooter. It was incredibly startling from start to finish. Even the ending phone call with Dr. Lecter is gripping! A true film masterpiece!
