Mackenzie entered the villa as one of the last bombshells of the season, shocking viewers and islanders. The contestant previously appeared in season 2 of the series but did not make it past day 25. She decided to give the villa another chance and made a quick connection with Chad Robinson, who chose to recouple with her over Courtney Boerner, which ended in her elimination. Unfortunately, Chad's feelings for Phoebe Siegel were stronger, and Mackenzie chose to self-eliminate herself from the Love Island USA villa.
