Summer House: Carl Radke Shares BTS Photos From The Lost City Promo
Summer House star Carl Radke shared some behind-the-scenes photos from his and his girlfriend Lindsay Hubbard's The Lost City promo video. A few days ago, the couple shared a promo video for the Sandra Bullock, Channing Tatum, and Daniel Radcliffe-led movie. The film follows author Loretta Sage who is kidnapped by a billionaire, hoping she will lead him to the lost treasure from her story. In an attempt to prove he can be a hero in real life and not just in Lorretta's novels, Alan plans to rescue the author. The Summer House stars filmed a cute video in which Lindsay is lost in reading the novel and begins to imagine Carl as Alan.
In the video, Carl appears in the Hamptons backyard wearing a blonde wig, resembling Channing Tatum's in the film and floating on the show's infamous unicorn pool float while Lindsay lounges by the pool reading. There were rumors about the pair's relationship swirling around for months before they finally confirmed they were together. They have since gotten very serious, constantly appearing on each other's Instagram pages and hinting they may be following in costars Kyle and Amanda's footsteps. During a visit to Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Carl and Lindsay hinted that there may be a possible engagement in the future.
Carl has now shared some behind-the-scenes photos from the promo video he shot with Lindsay. Carl posted a series of photos to his Instagram revealing the two on the set surrounded by cameras and crew members. In the first photo, the star seems to be in a dressing room sporting a blonde wig and flowy white blouse, similar to Channing's attire in The Lost City. Another photo reveals that the crew members used what appears to be a leaf blower to add the wind effect to Carl's flowing blonde locks. The Instagram post also includes a cute selfie of Carl and Lindsay before he put on his wig.
The Summer House star captioned the post "Your move" and tagged Channing as well as the official Instagram account for the movie. Fans found the behind-the-scenes pictures hilarious and praised the two in the comment section. Lindsay even commented on the post herself, writing, "You look Hotttt" with the fire emoji. Her comment references her line in the promo video upon seeing Carl with the long blonde hair. In the video, the star is oblivious to how his girlfriend is perceiving him as it is just an illusion she created while reading the novel.
It's great to see that Carl and Lindsay share such an awesome sense of humor. Their promo video was hilarious, and the behind-the-scenes photos made it just that much better. While Carl's been rocking his short dark brown hair for all of Summer House, he seems to be loving the way he looks with his blonde wig on. Maybe he'll debut the look for real next season.
