Below Deck: What We Know About Chef Ben Robinson's Dating History

Ever since fans of Below Deck season 1 were introduced to Chef Ben Robinson, his dating life has been a hot topic, and it's time to talk about his relationships. While it was difficult for Ben to find love onboard, he was always a master in the galley. The dishes that Chef Ben prepared were occasionally criticized. When they were, he wasn't always happy about it.

His skills as a chef are probably much more important to him than some of his hookups on charters. Regardless, Below Deck franchise fans couldn't help but notice that many of the females on the yachts fell for Chef Ben. In fact, some women could hardly keep their hands off the charismatic Below Deck chef.

Ben became a reality star before several newer chefs joined the Bravo franchise. He is definitely the OG Below Deck chef. Onboard, Ben had a short temper. but he would always try to keep it under control around his crewmates and the guests. However, there have been a few times in his yacht chef career when Ben (who doesn't plan to return to Below Deck) could barely keep it together around his crew.

During Ben's early years on Below Deck, he had several flings with women on the show. His first tryst was with the second stew Kat Held, who appeared on Below Deck seasons 1 and 2. The pair tried to keep their romance a secret since Kat had a boyfriend at the time, but the camera's caught them onboard. Ben never got romantic with Hannah Ferrier, during their first Below Deck Mediterranean season together, but Hannah from Below Deck Mediterranean, who is missed by fans, flirted quite heavily with the chef. However, Ben did have a fling after the last charter, with third stew Tiffany Copeland. During the following season of Med, it was revealed that Ben had hooked up with Lauren Cohen after meeting at an event in New York City.

While it was never shown on camera, both Kate and Ben have admitted to having an intimate relationship off-camera. The former chief stew has been open about their past relationship, even admitting that it was nothing more than a casual fling. Nonetheless, she and Ben have managed to stay great friends. In fact, Kate has confessed that the chef is her all-time favorite crew member, adding, "That might be because we had sex." (via Us Weekly).

During Below Deck season 4, Ben started a relationship with the second stew, Emily Warburton-Adams. The pair went on several dates during their season and even continued their romance once they left the Valor. After leaving the yacht, the couple lived in Fort Lauderdale together for a year before they decided to call it quits. Ben revealed during a podcast episode of the After Deck With Kate Chastain in 2017 that he and Emily were no longer together.

Chef Ben began a new relationship in 2020 with Kiara Cabral. The couple went Instagram official on May 22, 2020, after Ben shared a photo of the couple in matching robes during their stay at the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Florida (via BravoTV). However, it is unclear if the pair are still together as Ben has deleted every photo of them together, while Kiara still has pictures of Ben up on her Instagram. Nonetheless, the two Below Deck stars follow each other on Instagram, so it seems the relationship might still be going strong.

Chef Ben has a long history of hooking up and dating women from the Below Deck franchise. Now that he is no longer on the show, it seems like Ben has to find love interests outside of Bravo and the yachting industry.
