Below Deck Spin-Off 'Below Deck Galley' Will Premiere On January 1
The Below Deck franchise will have a brand new spinoff in the New Year called "Below Deck Galley" and will premiere on January 1, 2021.
Bravo's maritime-themed show follows around the crew and their often filthy rich guests as they discover the open ocean. There are sometimes lines that cast members are unwilling to cross, such as cooking a 60-plate dinner, but other times chief stews are willing to make the most of their demands. As the large yacht island-hops throughout the season, each episode features a different group of guests. Viewers watch the crew scamper around, trying to make beach picnics and turndown service look easy. However, there are always the few that crash and burn throughout the season.
Fans are delighted to learn that there will be a new franchise joining the ranks. Below Deck fathered Below Deck Mediterranean and Below Deck Sailing Yacht already, so Bravo fans know it will be a good series. The first two spinoffs often feature new locations and swanky guests, but this new show will be a whole new endeavor.
According to the Bravo network, Below Deck Galley Talk will feature some of the most memorable stews and deckhands from the series. They will be discussing their experiences on the show as well as sharing gossip about their fellow crewmates. Not only will the Bravo stars be dishing on old news, but they also will be lending an opinion to what is going down on the current season airing. Think of it as the Below Deck After Show. Some names being mentioned for a spot in the chair are Kate Chastain and Alex Radcliffe. Along with Anastasia Surmava, who was an interior stew/chief on her season. Even the fan-favorite brother and sister team, Kelley and Amy Johnson, will be stopping by. Some other gone but not forgotten crew members who will round out the cast will be heartthrob Bobby Giancola, Colin Macy-O'Toole, Connie Arias, Josiah Carter, and Julia d'Albert Pusey.
Season 8 of Below Deck is currently airing, and fans are about to watch the crew struggle through the coronavirus pandemic and some demanding charter guests. If anyone can handle the rough seas, it is Captain Lee, so fans are not worried about the show being renewed for another season.
Below Deck airs on Monday at 9pm EST on Bravo.
