90 Day Fiancé: Deavan & Topher Documentary Teaser Leaves Fans Perplexed

It’s been a year full of accusations and speculations for fans of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’s Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee. Since the Salt Lake City single mom and Korean used-phone dealer returned for their season two stint on the TLC reality show, nothing has been the same. But while Deavan accused Jihoon of abusing her daughter Drascilla, not even a glimpse of the behavior in question was shown on TV. However, in a recent teaser for a documentary about boyfriend Topher Park’s magazine, Deavan talks about the child having PTSD, leaving 90 Day Fiancé fans utterly confused.

Starting off with a financial fiasco to now ending with a divorce drama, Deavan and Jihoon have kept 90 Day Fiancé fans asking, “What went wrong?” Their ill-fated relationship began on a dating app, with Jihoon flying to America and Deavan getting pregnant on Day 1. However, as the couple went through a series of unfortunate events in their two 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way seasons, their social media life proved to be even more scandalous. While the TLC show was still on air, Deavan and Jihoon confirmed their separation, and she also revealed a new boyfriend. But when asked about why she left Jihoon, Deavan only replied with, “Vile things.” Soon, information about Deavan accusing Jihoon of allegedly abusing Drascilla became known to 90 Day Fiancé fans, but nothing of that sort was implied on the TLC show. Although Deavan also spoke about not divulging the details because of her NDA and the matter supposedly being addressed in court, it looks like she might be spilling the secret on Topher’s fashion magazine documentary.

Late on Saturday night, Deavan posted a countdown on her Instagram asking fans to wait for a big announcement. As 90 Day Fiancé fans wondered if it was an announcement about a pregnancy or engagement to Topher, the surprise turned out to be something else entirely. The TLC star instead shared a trailer on FamilyVanny titled, “toph&her documentary teaser #1,” where she introduces herself as “the producer of the magazine.” Topher is seen talking about the beginnings of his magazine as a lookbook and how he was about to forego his issue #7 “but things changed.” A clip then shows 90 Day Fiancé’s Deavan talking about being “canceled” for “taking care of the kids." She shockingly adds, “Because we’re the ones who left an abusive relationship, we’re the ones who left the abuse to come here to be safe.” Fans assume Deavan is talking about her frenzied return to America, which was shown as her taking a month-long break from marriage on the show. “She basically has PTSD from where we were in Korea,” says 90 Day Fiancé's Deavan about Drascilla while Topher speaks about the child screaming about someone being outside her window. See the full teaser below:

But the comments by 90 Day Fiancé fans on the video, where Deavan also reveals she’s “in love with” Topher, are a mixed bag of emotions. “Why is this trailer like the one for a bad fake Lifetime movie,” asks one. Another one is confused and writes, “What was this about ‘abuse’ or toph&her? I’m lost lol.” A different comment asks Deavan tokeep this in court,” and there are several who agree with a fan saying, “Seems like self-promotion with the benefit of trashing her ex.”

However, one 90 Day Fiancé fan writes, “Maybe she’s trying to tell her side of what happened,” especially with the show finally ending. This being just the first teaser for Topher and Deavan’s documentary, more such clips can be expected to be shared on her channel. Although no date for the documentary’s release has been shared yet, it’s possible it could show fans what 90 Day Fiancé probably stayed away from instead of dealing with in Deavan and Jihoon’s startling saga.
