Maisie Richardson-Sellers On If She’s Returning To ‘Legends Of Tomorrow’

Maisie Richardson-Sellers Legends of Tomorrow Vixen

Maisie Richardson-Sellers Legends of Tomorrow VixenMaisie Richardson-Seller has discussed if she’s done starring Legends of Tomorrow.

Legends of Tomorrow is one of the strangest and most inventive shows in the Arrowverse’s roster. Characters can appear, then disappear, and die, and all is well within reason in its world. One of the actors who has had one of the most prolific relationships with Legends of Tomorrow has to be Maisie Richardson-Sellers, who has portrayed both Amaya Jiwe/Vixen and Charlie/Clotho in the series. With the series since 2016, the British actress has seen Legends of Tomorrow evolve and find its own groove throughout the years. Furthermore, she’s played a wide variety of actors, boosting her repertoire as a performer.

It came as a disappointment to many when it was revealed that season 5 of Legends of Tomorrow would be Maisie Richardson-Sellers’ last. Last month, she shared a beautiful and heartfelt message to the fans, as well as her cast and crew, thanking them for helping her bring characters like Amaya Jiwe and Charlie to life, sealing her goodbye from the show. However, a recent interview may have just teased her return to Legends of Tomorrow.

Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Maisie Richardson-Sellers discussed that’s she’s open to returning to Legends of Tomorrow, joking how no one is ever done with the series.

“Is anyone ever done on Legends? But I have left the show as a series regular, which was a really tough but positive decision that I made because I really want to pour more energy and time into Barefaced Productions and getting projects off the ground, and I just couldn’t do that with the [Legends] shooting schedule. I learned so much from Legends. It was such a family environment, and I love them all. And I’ve made it very clear that if they ever actually accidentally need Charlie or Amaya for a mission, I’d be more than down. So, I don’t think it’s fully goodbye yet. I hope. I’m not dead. And even dying means nothing on the show anyway.”
