Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio might have survived the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home based on new evidence.
At the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home, Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio might have died, but he managed to out Peter Parker as the wall crawler in the shocking mid-credits scene. Despite Mysterio’s death, many still believe that the villain is alive and that upcoming Spider-Man films will eventually lead to the formation of the Sinister Six.
Now, a Reddit user might have just uncovered some major details that point to Jake Gyllenhaal’s eventual return as Mysterio in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The Reddit user goes on to explain that when E.D.I.T.H. tells Peter at the end of Spider-Man: Far From Home that what he is seeing is real, there are several signs that point to it being an imitation from Mysterio:
