I Made Lists of Movies That Multiple “Best Movies” Lists Share

I have compiled a list from several “Best Movies of All Time” lists, from a balanced number of the audience and critics. This is to see what movies they all agree are worthy. Thought it might be fun.

The process goes like this: I take two lists and then see what films they both have. If one film is shown from one but not the other, that film is removed. Finally, it should narrow down, then I take the new, shorter/combined list and compare it to another list and I remove some again. If there are more lists, I do the same process again. I have three separate lists with further elimination.

If you take all the number of movies from all the audience lists, it will add to a certain number. That number is also equal to how many films the critics list have. This is for a fair balance. In addition, for each movie, I took the scores from IMDB and Metacritic and added them. The lists are ranked by the highest to lowest score, but obviously some are tied together. Here they are.
