What rom-com characters probably stayed together and which ones broke up?
Practically every rom-com is a story of an unlikely couple that went against expectations and beat the odds to end up together in the final moments. The end of The Graduate kind of touches on this where the idea of running away together wouldn't realistically work out to well. First one that comes to mind is Pretty Woman cause it's one of the most popular and influenced plenty of others, this seems like a clear case where the relationship does not last longer than a few months at most.
